Delivery Policy

For deliveries required before Christmas Day please take note of our advised latest order dates:

• UK Next Day: 22/12/2011
• UK 2-5 Delivery: 21/12/2011
• Rest Of World: 16/12/2011
• Europe: 14/12/2011

Please note: We will dispatch your items in time for your anticipated delivery as directed by our couriers, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays within their delivery network.

All orders received before 3.00pm 22/12/11 UK Time will be eligible for the Christmas 2011 extended return period and may be returned to us up until 03/01/2012. Please note, requests for Returns Authorisation Numbers must be received by us by no later than 30/12/11 to allow you time to return your item(s). Apart from the changes set out in this paragraph our normal returns procedure remains.

• All orders received before 3.00pm UK Time Monday-Friday will normally be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 3.00pm UK Time or at weekends or public holidays, will be sent on the next working day.
• If there is a problem with your order preventing us from dispatching, we will normally contact you within 24 hours of the order being received by us or on the next working day.

• Normal deliveries are normally made within 3-5 working days from dispatch unless advised otherwise or if being sent outside of the UK.
• Next Day deliveries are normally made the following working day from dispatch unless advised otherwise and is currently only available for UK deliveries.
• All deliveries are sent via Recorded Delivery or other secure courier service.
• Please ensure that someone is available at your delivery address to accept the goods, as a signature is normally required.

• Carbon Menswear does not charge any customs duties on International shipments or any destination outside of the EU. If any additional customs charges are incurred during your shipment, they are not calculated or monitored by us nor are they the responsibility of Carbon Menswear.
• While we do not expect that there will be any additional charges attached to your order, we recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your on-line order with Carbon Menswear.

• Delivery charges for all orders are as follows:
  United Kingdom: £6.29 Next Day Service, £4.79 2-5 Day Service
  European Community (EU):£15.00 2-5 Day Service
  (including: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Norway)
  Rest of the World: £23.00 - We will dispatch orders within 48 hours of payment. Orders should arrive between 2-10 days, however due to the differences in domestic postal services worldwide deliveries can sometimes take longer. ROW orders are sent using the Royal Mail’s international signed for service, a tracking number is available upon request.
• Delivery is FREEif your order is over £400 and delivered within the United Kingdom, if your order is over £400 and delivered within the European Community (EU), if your order is over £400 and delivered anywhere else in the world.
